Meet the owner
Megan McDowell - Designer, Founder, & Owner
Megan McDowell has 14 years of experience in the multifamily industry having worked for McDowell Properties, an owner/operator of value add apartment communities with a national footprint. She has excellent experience working in a variety of property design projects with a value add investment strategy.
Megan has been involved in exterior paint selections and for a total of 123 apartment communities and unit interior renovation design and specifications on a total of 36,116 units. Return on investment for interior renovations, on average, has exceeded 20% for the owner. Her experience representing the Owner gives her the invaluable perspective of balancing cutting-edge design, cost-effective pricing, and excellent Return on Investment to the owner.
Megan has an MBA in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from SMU Cox School of Business and is currently an Associate Member with ASID (American Society of Interior Designers).
