As part of the kick-off to each multifamily redesign project and especially when trying to secure business with new potential clients, we put together a mini mood board to make sure the client approves of our design aesthetic for the selections. Lakeland, Florida Clubhouse Design Strategy
This multifamily property is based in Lakeland Florida and is in need of an upgrade of their clubhouse design. The property is right on the water and features easy access to a trail for biking and hiking which runs right through the entrance throughout the property and beyond.
Because of the location of the property, we went with a modern, coastal theme using inspiration from the water and surrounding outdoor elements, while keeping the vibe Florida fresh. The mix of earthy neutral furniture with pops of calming, yet exciting color allowed us to set the perfect tone for the client’s ideal tenants.
The clubhouse design selections were made in concert with the exterior paint scheme that we provided for the property, as well as their new logo and sign package.
In addition to the decor, we’ll be working on the construction renovation of the clubhouse to allow for a more functional flow between the spaces within the building. As we complete construction, we’ll likely revisit our mood board ideas once we finalize the building layout.
